Trustee(s) Information

A minimum of 7 (seven) trustees is required for registration under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. For private trusts, at least 1 trustee is required under the Trusts Act, 1882.

All trustees must be present before the Sub-Registrar at the time of registration and sign the deed in the presence of the registering officer.
